Edith's cakes have appeared in the local, national, international magazines. Has made appearances on the local TV, the Food Network. Received numerous ribbons and trophies at cake shows, including gold medals at the annual Tulsa, Oklahoma cake show and honorable mention at the 2007 show. She attends cake conventions every year to learn new ideas to bring back to the Columbia area.
